A private baseline
for your team.
Give the women on your team a private, objective wellness baseline, timed to World Menopause Day. Seven minutes on her own phone, live on your benefits menu within a business day.
What she gets, in her own words.
MARKABLE gives you an objective, comprehensive picture of how the hormonal transition is affecting you, with no blood tests and nothing invasive at home. Using AI and a simple seven-minute process on a standard smartphone, it maps the effects on your cognitive performance (reaction speed, word retrieval, attention), your hearing and vision, and dozens of markers that computer vision reads across your skin, hair, and eyes, all alongside comprehensive symptom mapping. You get a complete snapshot that becomes your baseline, so you can talk to your doctor about what is really bothering you, take charge of your care, and start to feel like yourself again.
See exactly what she sees.
A fictional sample report, in the same format each employee gets.
Live in a day. No changes to your health plan.
You confirm your scope.
Choose your funded capacity below. Your proposal shows the maximum charge before you commit to anything.
Employees self-enroll, privately.
A private link goes out through your own channels, with the launch kit MARKABLE writes for you.
She runs her seven-minute mapping.
On her own phone, on her own time. No individual result ever reaches MARKABLE staff, your HR team, or any manager.
You get a participation summary.
Only the number of employees who completed a mapping — nothing below five, no individual data.
The current US legal picture, plainly.
Menopause-related workplace accommodation law is moving fast in the US. Here is where it actually stands today, checked against the primary sources.
Rhode Island
Menopause was added to the state's existing pregnancy-accommodation law, effective 24 June 2025. Covered employers assess requests through their normal process.
Illinois
The Illinois Menopause Equity and Care Act (4+ employees) requires reasonable accommodation from 1 January 2027; a separate insurance-coverage mandate follows 1 January 2028.
Philadelphia
City ordinance (Bill No. 250849) covers menstruation, perimenopause and menopause together, effective 1 January 2027.
Federal: Menopausal Workers' Fairness Act
H.R. 9671, introduced July 2026 for employers with 15+ staff. Still in committee — a planning signal, not current law.
This is background, not legal advice. Your HR and legal teams own accommodation decisions and statutory processes; employees based in Illinois are outside this year's programme while its biometric-notice requirements are built.
One simple rate. No surprises.
$15 per completed mapping. You set the cap; MARKABLE invoices only what was actually used.
Tell us about your team.
We'll reply with a written proposal, or book 15 minutes if you'd rather talk it through first.
